started tracking again. i've had 5 months of carb addicted eating. a move from alberta to victoria bc and a starting point with no kitchen persay led me to gain 15 lb. i found a new place jan 1st with a full kitchen and I'm down 10 in 2 weeks and feeling good.

Thx unpacking. I only had access to a microwave so I got food bored and excused myself to eat a lot of chinese food, mexican, deli. Its insidious how you gain weight again!

Thx Darlene. Thats the ones I've started eating this week and carbs are low. I'm going to start eating eggs with shredded cheese again too tomorrow. Really good low carb energy food for me. But I like the Simple Choice too. Getting some veggies at least.
