Super happy about this! But have to confess that my state of mind isn't all that great... I've been feeling very negative towards myself. If I'm honest I know it was the sudden gain that triggered it. This just highlights the fact that I still find my self worth in the numbers on the scale or my appearance. I'm working on changing that, day by day, finding my value in my identity that's rooted in my heavenly Father that made me. I know that I am fearfully and wonderfully made and that I have to accept and believe this truth above the lies.
