going for a.variety of food choices, whole veggies, seeds, fruits with healthy protein choices. logging in some 5k runs separated by a day of pilates/yoga. and pretty much shut down looking at any political - opinion drama posts on Social Media. and as a added bonus... I have been sending small gift cards to various people who are experiencing hardships of some nature. it isn't a lot (on a seniors budget) but the sense of joy I feel when I put the card in the mail. is better than a take out meal at local food joint! happy 12th of January.
