Still in the land of no exercise, but the toe is slowly starting to feel more normal and I managed to ‘uncomfortably’ get a shoe on yesterday. Most of the remaining holiday junk food has now been eradicated from the house, so things are slowly going back to normal. My goal for 2021 is to get to my goal weight by my birthday, in June. I’m under no illusion that it’s going to be hard, but flip, I can’t deal with these numbers on the scale anymore. I thought that at least “resetting” after having a baby would go a lot faster than it has. 🙄 yes...we can all laugh now. How naive was I!? 🤦🏼‍♀️ Anyway, here’s to keeping keeping on 🥂
