Had a great weekend! Went Hiking with my family and also got to climb the stairs down then back up at Amicalola State Falls. It was beautiful. We got a pretty strenuous 4 mile hike in then tent camped with a good pot of Paleo chili and warmth by the fire. Had a good day yesterday as well. I walked at the park and ran on the treadmill for 20 minutes. Overall, I can see results of exercising and eating healthy. I just have to keep it up!
