3bln defisit kalori plus rutin olahraga angkat dumble 1kg.cheatingday tiap weekand dgn kalori terkontrol.Alhamdulillah bersyukur bsa turun dgn diet santuy krn makan msh lauk rumahan. tinggi badan 153cm.

Tmn2 aku jwb smua dsni ya skalian. Aq diet ga bisa clean food jd msh mkn masakan rumahan cma minyak untuk masak d batasi sama nasi cma 4sendok aja. Olahraga jg cma dumble 1kg mod youtube seminggu 5x. Smoga kalian yg lg proses Turun BB bsa capai target ideal kalian yaa... Ttp semangat jgn menyerah sama lemak🙈
