😃 Thanks chestnut, I'm trying to weigh myself weekly so that I can really see the drop, but I'm to tempted to weigh as much as I can! x

Hi Kalisy67, try not to weigh too often. I weigh once a week and I've been told that's too often apparently you are meant to weigh one a month. Anyway, do what suits you. Everyone is different. You are losing so that's good. Take care best wishes Merrymel.

Hi Mel, You're so right!, my daughter keeps telling me to take the batteries out as the temptation is always there 😁 I guess I'm just eager to loose as this is my second time on my diet. ( I lost 2 stone the First time )seemed so easy to loose the weight as I was on a calorie controlled diet, i had a cheat meal once a week and I could see the weight fall off. I tried the same diet but no weight loss so this time I've opted for a more healthy balanced diet plenty? Fish,
vegetables, fruit, etc no cheat meal so its taking a bit longer just being positive😃
