Similar to overnight oats but I make mine on the go and like to mix it up a little whenever I make ‘em. Boil oats with water. After it gets to the consistency you like, let it cool down and then add plain yogurt (I go for about 100 grams). You can check my journal for exact measurements, but I usually add a banana, few walnuts, almonds and dates, then top it off with a couple pomegranates and blueberries. Also a generous sprinkle of cinnamon powder. I don’t use honey or sugar as I find it sweet as is but you can adjust it according to your taste.
