@Wuryas aku olahraganya cardio, aerobik sama lari kak. Kadang jalan kaki 40 menit

@aameliaaaa aku udh obesitas tingkat 2 kak, ajdi aku bener2 ga makan carbo. Dan ga konsumsi gula selama 6 buan tu.
Kalo kakak ga kuat diet carbo ga apa2. Mending diet no sugar aja kak. Itu bisa cepet turunnya
