1) You should first calculate your TDEE, based off of that cut your calories (not more than 500). You can lose 1/2 kg a week which is the best way for a sustainable weight loss. 2) Drink more water, it sounds menial but when your body is dehydrated you tend to eat more. So, before indulging in food instead drink a glass of water & if you're still hungry then grab something to eat. 3) Don't cut out any particular food item from your diet, as long as you are in a deficit you can eat whatever you want(ofc moderately). Also, don't ever give into those trashy diet marketed products or metabolic boosters, they might seem tempting but are loaded with calories & aren't that healthy anways. 4) If you aren't able to access gyms look up some home workouts. I'd suggest if you're a beginner check out Emi Wong's or Chloe Tings YouTube channel. If you like dancing then there are dancing workouts as well. 5) If somehow working out is not an option for whatever reason, instead try walking 8000 to 10,000 steps, it's the best low impact cardio low impact & doesn't stress the joints. 6) Increase your Non Exercise Active Thermogenesis, try to move & walk around more. Take stairs instead of elevators or escalators, it might not seem much but makes a huge difference. 7) Lastly, be patient with yourself. You didn't gain the weight in a few weeks or months, so losing it will take time. Remember diet is the most important part, as long as you'll eat in a deficit you'll lose weight. Good luck on your journey. around mostairs instead of elevators or escalators.
