之前沒管控過飲食,覺得吃這麼多怎麼可能瘦。
持續了ㄧ個禮拜,停漲了!
今天開始掉了!
好開心(*≧∇≦*)
前幾天一直0.x的漲,心裡其實好慌,
結果總共也沒升超過1。
好開心!就算運動肚子也能飽飽,還不胖,跟七天只喝水比起來感覺充滿了希望(*≧∇≦*)
