Today’s my third day in strict keto diet for two days ✔️No suger ✔️No bakery ✔️No high suger fruits ✔️No high carbs veg&fru ✔️Second day in calories deficit as well In only two days 6th and 7th I lost ? I started 66,2 today’s 65,2 Means in only two days I lost 1KG I did it before but I lost 1 kg after 19days not only 2 days ... 𝙉𝙤𝙩𝙚: It’s super hard I’m dying but I’m not gonna stop still 3days to go almost half way there, I’m always wanted to succeed but i was always stop this time NEVER NEVER NEVER , 3 days and then I can back to 1300 calories per day
