I feel that now that I decided on 1250 calories. I think I’ll start losing weight. Hopefully that it comes of steadily. I already lost one pound from when I started I just didn’t record that. Thanks for all your suggestions on how may calories. And a lot of you were saying don’t go below 1200 and some of you were recommending 1300 so I did 1250. Not just to do it your way. But it seems to be working for me, so I’ll start at 227.3 pounds and I’ll go from there. Wish me luck. 😉

That's about where I am calorie wise. I started at 307 in May 2020 and am now down to 219. Best of luck to you.

you have a very similar start weight as me . may I suggest looking at ADF. it is so far the only thing that has worked for me

Just remember that you shouldn’t try and go UNDER your calorie goal each day, because 1250 is already pretty close to the absolute bare minimum before your body believes you’re starving! Rather you be over by 100 calories one day than under! Good luck!

How do you do ADF?? If it’s like intermittent fasting... then I don’t know about that. When I tried intermittent my stomach hurt for days and I would wake up practically sick. But if you explain it to me I might be willing to give it a try.

Yeah it's where you basically only eat every other day, you can have up to 500 calories on fast days but If you had trouble with intermittent fasting then may not be best . Yo
