Hello fellow FSers,

I am officially off of work for another week because of these silly big toes of mine. I am however allowed to move more and walk more.
So I have decided that I am going to start following the walking plan in the newest Weight Watchers magazine. It's 8 weeks and it's very easy to start so I may be more inclined to stick with it. It's 4 days a week and it starts with 5 mins walking and 10 jumping jacks. How easier can it be. I can walk with the Wii Fit and the jumping jacks well that may be hard but I will try one at least.

Since I am off I am going to try to make coming here to log food and exercise a habit again. Remember people I said TRY!

So here is to the next 193 most important days of the year! May I have the commitment to follow through with this lifestyle and be the best person I can be. (okay a little like the army but well it may be bride bootcamp for me if I don't shape up) lol
