I'd like to get to 250 by Feb 28. Focus on eliminating cars in the form of sugar and refined grains. Intermittent fast between 7pm and 11am. Significantly reduce alcohol consumption. I'll test to see if I go into ketosis but it's not a huge requirement. Figure if I keep carbs to less than 50g per day, I should get to my goal.
