I was soooo good during the holidays, I didn't get on FS as much as a I should have, but my eating was the same as always. No splurges at all and I haven't lost anything in over 2 weeks, in fact I apparently gained 2 pounds....I am so discouraged. I am trying to increase my calorie count, as I think this might be the cause. I average only about 900-1100 calories per day, and that is not nearly enough. So, I am now trying to eat 4 times a day, and including a protein shake (powder that has no carbs) made with low carb all natural soy milk, to help bring my cal intake up. If this doesn't start yielding results in 2 weeks, I honestly don't know what I'm going to do :(
