ok i got it now i have decided to read a lot on this Atkins diet and now i have a better idea on how this works. I'm so glad for buddies i want to say thank you to rockseer for giving me some support. i still can figure out how to keep the calories up any ideas on how to get them up to 1500 im sitting at about 600 850 no matter how much I eat
