After 10 days of Goan trip without controlling my food intake, my weight increased to 3kg..! 😕 Today onwards I will continue to control my eating and starting exercises.. 💪 Need all your support guys.. ✌️

it's quite ok and manageable 💪🏼👍🏼. but needs dedication🤦🏽♀️. I've been there. it's everyday continues scrimmage for better life style and mindset, don't consider it as temporary diet regime.

Don't worry it's not fat it's just glycogen stores aka water weight just burn it off by exercising
