@fahmadini gini, contoh pop mie 320kkal. Ada karbo 46g, protein 9g, lemak 11g, serat 3g. jadi 320kalori itu total dari (9x4)+(9x11)+((46-3)×4) = 317 kkal dibulatin 320.
