I stopped tracking (and started snacking) over the winter break, but now it's time to get back to it! Here are my New Years resolutions :)

That's a great list! I reached my goal weight of 140 lb recently and now have a new goal weight of 135 lb as well. I started Aug 2018 at 175 lb and lost the weight VERY gradually eliminating junk food, sugar, desserts and restricting carbs. (I allow myself 1 slice of bread or 1 c pasta etc per day) occassionally I eat a treat but not very often! My question is if you dont mind answering...what is your weight now?
