I'm also planning on doing the beginner body weight workout 2-3 days a week from my favorite website nerd fitness! Love that site.
If you've never heard of it I highly recommend it! Sure they try to pitch paying for their 1 on 1 coaching (which I'm seriously starting to consider!) but they have tons of articles on health, exercise, nutrition, yoga, you name it. It was actually because of that site that I found FS for tracking calories 👍👌
