Having the hardest time staying on track recently. I do well all day then when about 4 o clock hits I eat everything I'm not really supposed to. I started back on my exercise and water since I fell off that wagon this past week or so too. I have to really stay motivated especially with Spring semester starting in 2 weeks. So with work, a full course load, and 2 kids I should be in for a treat
