It's amazing to see how the weight really just comes off when you stick to the plan. .5 pounds a day or every other day really adds up! Last night I finally pulled out the exercise machine and worked out for the entire third quarter of the Sugar Bowl! My friend gave me her "Gazelle Glider" and by changing up the way you use your body on it, it can be either a glider or be similar to the elliptical. I'm tempted to put in the old VHS tapes that came with it, but I'm not sure I could make it through without laughing hysterically at the corny Tony Little guy with his mullet pulled back in that pony tail and his over the top excitement! The photos of him on the box are hilarious as it is - like a wanna be Fabio in biker shorts and ankle socks! Oh Lord...I could use a good laugh though - I'll let you know how it works out. If he tries to have me gliding on one foot or something crazy, I might have to just nix the videos.
