Well it's day 14, another 14 days and technically this should be a new healthy habit. Down a little over 10 lbs, tummy is much flatter, and jeans are fitting a bit better. Feeling good, no sugar cravings, no feeling like I am on a roller coaster throughout the day. Even keel..Don't miss the red wine, either.
Next mini goal is another 10 lbs by March 1.
