Today I had:

1 1/2 cups of coffee with sugar and half and half.

3 cups of cooked rice with 1/2 cup kimchi

1 square of sesame mochi

1 teaspoon honey

1 slice of ham lunch meat

3 Snyders big pretzles

1 double short cappuccino with 2 raw sugars
