2020 fat loss challenge ends with me coming in 3rd out of 3....
Guess Covid19 stay at home orders hurt
Gym Closings hurt
Work stress hurt
Medical emergencies hurt
The entire structure I envisioned earlier this year that allowed me to drop 15 pounds fizzeled in the transition....
BUT, the positives are
1. I weigh no more than I did a year ago. that is a win.
2. My blood pressure and heart rate are still very very low, so the internal engine is still operating well.
3. I have a years worth of data to review to see what food choices I made from July to December that caused me havoc. As my calories in were never out of range for more than a day or two a week.
4. Being midway through my 60's, I am still pretty active.
Looking forward to 2021 with renewed energy as I really liked my 201 pound weight the most over the past 4 years, everything fit and looked 'right' and that I what my goal is. I felt confident and capable.
Day 1 starts now. 12-26-2020.
