@ekaaprilia03 aku minum susu protein tapi krn baru pertama coba dan takut breakout kalo pake whey (aku baca2 katanya kulit yg gampang jerawatan bisa breakout tipis2 kalo pake whey. Kulitku ga acne prone tapi termasuk berminyak, jd jaga2 aja) aku pake soy protein. Ga tiap hari, pas kebutuhan protein dari makanan blm mencukupi aja. Selama mencukupi dari makanan ya ga minum. WO di rumah yaa | @nayrasalsa sebenernya 4 bulan awal pandemi udh ga sengaja "diet" krn samsek ga jajan diluar + masak sendiri yg sehat tapi mulai WO sejak setelah lebaran. Maintenance udh ±2bln kyknya | @Guruhs msh ada, cuma ga seganas dulu😂

Aku suka WO dari elaine hanafi (eh olahraga yuk) tapi yg khusus pake barbel/resistance bands yaa dan yg durasinya ±30mnt. Udh itu doang😂 iya aku minum susu protein, tapi ngga sering. Sesuai kebutuhan aja, klo protein dari makanan ga mencukupi ya minum susu protein. Kalo mencukupi ya ngga usahh

Waktu WO mah asal sempet dan semangat aja😂 pernah pagi2 subuh, pernah tengah malem, pernah abis makan, sebelum makan, pas lagi puasa dll semua waktu udh pernah kucobain dan hasilnya sama aja gaees

Ada yang tau ga kenapa kalau makan sesuai bmr 1200kal atau 1000 kalori malah naik. Tapi giliran makan 500kalori kebawah pas nimbang paginya turun 🥲. Mohon info yaaaa
