Dieting in Turkey is very difficult. You start a diet, your mother makes stuffed meatballs, your father makes kebab, your brother orders lahmacun, your sister makes cookies, your neighbor brings desserts with sherbet, your friend says how many times we were born and your diet is canceled ... 😭 (Meanwhile, the diet is broken) 🤭

Yes, when there are all kinds of food, it's hard to stop myself, when there are spicy food, sometimes I run away from the room to avoid eating🤣🤣, otherwise we will never stop,,😑Why do we gain weight when eating is so good🤔, it's unfair😭😭🤣🤣🤣

Haha, sounds about the same as our family! I guess that's why there are new year resolutions, to make up for all the holiday eating! 😃

The scene comes to mind with just the text. It's hard... When dieting with Turkish food. For me, my meals are mainly two dishes, "lentil dishes" and "chickpea dishes". And the lack of animal nutrients is supplemented with a small amount of chicken and sheep dishes. Yogurt is sufficient for fermented foods. Lentils and chickpeas are excellent beans, so I think they are worth eating.✨ ▽°|b✨

ヤママユガ Are you a trainer? I consume yogurt after sports. Lentils are definitely a good alternative. (You should try the lentil bread, great) 😍 The whole wheat spaghetti is more attractive. 😂 I have to think of other alternatives ... Today is a new beginning for me but I don't know what to do on my brother's birthday 3 weeks later. (Baklava is my weakness) 😭

ヤママユガ It's great that people have interests and I'm studying preschool teaching too. 😂Do you live in Japan, a beautiful country. You are right, I will continue my diet throughout the day, I have to lose the last 6-7 kilos. 👍

kebab is really good, I love the Turkish cuisine😋 as an Arab I can tell you that it’s difficult, but you can find a solution: drink water when you fell hungry and if you see delicious food think that you can eat all what you want you want after reaching your goal, keep going sis 💪 the journey is long but we can do it!!💜💪💪

niemabechara96 Ahhhh! 😍 Yes, kebab, lahmacun, pide, ahhhh no I don't want to think. I love eating but 3 months from now I think about my image and it sounds good. I drink water with vinegar. I'm being happy, it feels really good. Yes I can, I am confident. ☺️😏 I hope I reach the weight I want. 🙏
