Weigh day will be Friday. Did pretty well all weekend and I have the week planned out! Actually looking forward to weighing in.I hate being hungry and I want my little sweet at the end of the day, so I chose a calorie allowance that will support that. Even if I lose just one lb a week, and I am not stressing each day about what I eat, that's a win win situation! And I will reach my goal by my next birthday.
