I did it! I got up this morning and got my exercise in before work. I need to work on picking up the pace, get back to where I was. But, I did it. I want to focus on the positive. Tonight, I will try to fit in some strength, but I am so glad to be done with the cardio. Tomorrow, I want to get up sooner so I can fit more in. No wine tonight--drink water instead of succumbing to wine!
