Hey my Buddies, Are you with me? I am going to start my HipHopAbs tomorrow sometime. I've got a busy day so I will have to squeeze it in, but I'm game! I'm going for say 15 to 20 minutes. I will try this for a week. Cause I have to have another EPI on the 20th, next Monday, which will put me down for 2 days. Then I'll start over.
If the exercise does not hurt my back I will continue to do them as my goal. Or I'll have to find something else. Who's ready to start?
