Haven't been feeling so great these past few days. Didn't really feel like going to the gym yesterday, but my sister called me up and wanted to go with me as my guest, so I went anyways. I did feel much better after I went. Today, I have that same feeling of not wanting to go. Mostly because of my allergies, runny nose and soar throat. I'm taking antihistamine, but just doesn't seem to knock it outta my system.
I WILL go to the gym though. Because I WILL FEEL BETTER after I go... or so I hope.

I'm just relying on God to give me the strength to get it done.
