I am dropping pant and shirt sizes and am getting some comments. the gains in the gym are slowing, but I seem to be getting stronger every session and the gains keep coming. Can see my abs starting to come out! Gaining muscle and losing fat.....first time I have ever worked out and ate this way, and it seems to be working well.
