Took the day off from logging food etc yesterday. Feeling under the weather, now instead of freezing cold we have rain all day today. Had lunch with my son yesterday, chose the caesar salad and grilled chicken. Did have 2 5 oz glasses of red wine. But I did not grab some of the bacon brownies that he made the day before. Was so tempted when I saw the picture on his food blog ClipboardKM, oh my, total decadence! On the good side they are gluten free and splenda can replace the sugar, in the recipe to reduce the carbs.
Did something I haven't done in a very long time, crawled into bed at 5:30 in the afternoon and watched movies, dozed off and on and then slept for 10 hours. Guess I needed it...
