Day 18 - proud of my double cardio workout and sticking to within 7 calories of my goal (I’m going to count that as a win 😉). Down 1.2lbs this morning and right at 170lbs - my lowest weigh in yet. Ready to break into the 160s!!!
Successes: 1) Truly KILLER 30-minute workout using a Jordan Yeoh video on YouTube, plus 30 minutes on the elliptical. 2) Eating so healthy for the past 18 days - never added salt, oil, or sugar. GREEN IS GOOD 🌱
I can SEE the weight loss and I’m motivated!!
