what r u able 2 do? kinda sound like me. I tried but dont stick wit it. I saw a challenge called 100 calorie workout, thought bout doing that. but bcuz of my back and havin leg replacement dont think gud idea. u seem 2 b doin well wit ur weight. havent been on for awhile, get discourage n havent done much of nothin. yeah i kno if dont do nothing nothing wont happen. livin n disapair right now

I'm hoping I can do the HipHopAbs dvds that I have if my back and legs will let me cuz I do have some of the same issues you do journerwtops. I'll try that first if that doesn't workout I'll find something online maybe. But you're welcome to join us. best wishes, Debi
