Jalan bulan ke-4 diet, udah 2mingguan berenti WO. Jadi cuma defkal sama IF. Berenti WO karena ngerasa kalori yg dikonsumsi ga mampu menuhin kebutuhan di TDEE 1500. Pas berenti WO, BB jd cepet turun. Tapi ga tau fat loss atau muscle loss.
