Today is one of my "feeling fat" days... feeling bloated... not sure why -- did not go over my food amount yesterday .. maybe a little high on fats.. but not over ... meh ....

It's crazy. I've lost 70 pounds and have 5 to go. I was fine until I got this close. Now I'm freaking out like "It will never happen." What makes us do that?
