Tomorrow is weigh day. I am hoping for a nice drop. I have been eating light and have stepped up my activity adding some weights to my routine. The weather has kept me in the basement for my workouts. Looking forward to some warmer weather so I can get outside.

This is not my first rodeo....I have lost and gain so much weight over the years. Each time I lose weight, I say this will be the last time but I have failed and packed back on the weight. This time, I realize I need to remain FRIENDS with my scale. I am a person that needs to weigh a couple times a week to be accountable.
