Today is a rest day! Not eating that much and therefore trying to burn some fats.

I am doing very well on my diet and if I keep following my program I guess I will reach my goals!
Tomorrow I will work on my back and biceps in the gym. I will write a journal about that ;)

If you happen to have any questions about my diet, or about what I eat and why I eat that, you can always ask me!

Tomorrow will be my first back and biceps journal, I can't wait to inform you :)
