昨天下雪,連續3天酷寒,可能吃的也不太多,所以體重雖下降100公克,實際上脂肪少300,肌肉水份骨骼肌上升,繼續保持
58.3 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
