Feeling good today. When I'm at work, the time flies, and I don't get the munchies so much. When I did this afternoon, a few spoonfuls of natural peanut butter did the trick. The problem is getting in the exercise. I can't pull myself out of bed at 6 a.m. to go to the gym, and the evenings are out. But, the days are getting longer, and it's supposed to be warmer this weekend, so I may be able to get out for a run outside (I so hate the treadmill!). In the meantime, I'll focus on my eating.
