kenapa saya baca di beranda ini banyak sekali yang mengeluh sebulan turun "cuma" 3 kg, "cuma" 4 kg? bayangkan lemak 3kg itu sebanyak apa non...jangan terburu2, nikmati saja prosesnua, yang penting konsisten dan luruskan niat utk hidup sehat. Semangat!
