i guyess going to the gym everyday...well 5 days & lifting 4 of them paid off...lost almost 3 pounds this past week. and that includes going to 2 parties
126.9 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 58.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
