Reset

I gave up after a half hearted attempt and excuses i told myself. I wrote alot of things i wanted to do but in the end i sabotaged myself. I blamed my wife for lack of support when in reality i did it to myself. Some was ego thinking i did it once now i can cheat and do it again. that thought in the back of my mind lead to my downfall. Now that my clothes are tight again and i see the weight gain and feel the sluggish movements. I understand this journey a bit better. I am not upset with myself but i am disappointment that the previous journey was a walk in a circle. but i am looking at this as a learning experience. Here is to another attempt to a healthy life style. Only time will tell.
