Hi everyone,

My first post...I was recently diagnosed with NAFLD and Fibrosis of the liver. Once the shock wore off and the pity party concluded I got to work at changing everything that goes into my stomach. I love this app it’s keeping me on point and motivated. In 27 days I’m done 20lbs. 50 more to go! I’m doing the low carb diet (but not Keto) thing and no added sugar. I went through sugar withdrawal and that was a ride. I have far more energy these days. I’m feeling good and confident.

If anyone has good low net carb menu ideas to share with me.
