Day 4 on my diet. So far so good... Have been tying to include lots more protein than i used to and cut down carbs. Its so damn difficult to cut down on the carbs. Especially bcoz i cant have more than one meal of meat or fish and everything vegetarian has carbs! I'm trying to maintain 1200 Cals a day of healthy food. I just hope the measures I put in are right!.
