hi all,
i already shed half of my target weight that i want to reduce...but nowadays i am loosing my control and patience over my cravings..i am eating mord than my per day calories...its winters here...and i am eating roasted peanuts alot that leads to weight gain...what should i do to control my cravings..?

be mentally strong. it's all in the mind. I am sure u must be feeling good after reducing so much and won't like to spoil it again. so keep yourself busy. stop visiting shops which offer such things. move away if u are in a company. or pick v notional size.

Yeah i agree.. I should ignore my cravings..but sometimes i cant control so i ate more..then after eating i felt guilty...so i decided i can eat only one cheat meal in a week ..:p
