First day on my way to pre-baby weight.
I've been fat, and I've been fit. Frankly, I prefer fit. Running was one of the greatest highs I've ever felt, so I'm looking forward to getting the weight back off, learning to run again, and this time, keeping the weight off for good.
My first goal is to get back to pre-baby weight, then I'll focus on pre-pre-baby. If I've learned anything over the past 2 years, it's the importance (and thrill) of baby steps...
