Well back at the program.....I have the last 15lbs to loose this year. Kept off most of the weight lost last year. When you the right way to eat for health and energy......AND move your butt the weight will stay off. BY the end of three months hope to post at my FINAL weight GOAL.
79.1 kg Lost so far: 66.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
